Kanye West Denies Reports That His Performance Fee Is $1 Million: "Could you please change this?"

Kanye West is definitely aware of his value.

The 45-year-old Kanye West's claimed seven-figure performance fee, which is significantly greater than the $1M estimate that appeared online earlier this week, may be the reason why we've seen fewer appearances from him in recent years.

According to HipHopDX, Instagram user @RapThoughtsDaily estimated that Ye earns $1 million every gig when compiling a list of musicians' concert fees. The father of four (who follows the page) DM'd them to ask for a correction after the article started going viral.

Yeezy wrote them, "Please change this. "I am paid $8 million for my performance." According to additional estimates made by the publication, Joey Bada$$ will get $65K, JID and Denzel Curry will receive $100K, Vince Staples and Kid Cudi will earn $125K, and Tyler, The Creator will make $150K. (though he claimed to make "a million a show" on his Call Me If You Get Lost collaboration with 42 Dugg, "LEMONHEAD").

Drake ($500K) and the still-incarcerated Young Thug ($1.5M) are two more names on the list. The other musicians have yet to confirm or reject the rumors, as details of performance fee negotiations are typically kept under wraps. Ye's $8 million allegation, however, appears to be in keeping with the news stories about the enormous payoff he missed out on by withdrawing from the Coachella lineup earlier this year.

Children of Nowadays

when you try to engage with them they tell you that ,"You don't know what they're going through ", I mean we were once their age group but we never engaged in such careless, meaningless acts. Their parents are also busy with hubbly and alcohol every weekend. They are here telling us we know nothing about raising a teenager when they are the ones not at home to raise their children. This thing starts at home, you will find parents taking pictures with alcohol in front of the kids and the kids think it's coolShame on Africa, while those so called whites are focusing on studies for the future leadership.

Problem started when they removed corporal punishment from schools and giving this kids more right even in their homes. We need to understand that we are black and our problems need a black solution not this thing of white people and rights. Until then I dnt see anything changing, instead it's going to be worse every day. Parents must be able to discipline their kids anyhow without government intervention. Their parents are also busy with hubbly and alcohol every weekend. They are here telling us we know nothing about raising a teenager when they are the ones not at home to raise their children.

South Africa is not only confronted by lack of (basic) service delivery and high unemployment rate but alcohol and drug abuse. The use and abuse of drugs and alcohol by teens is very common nowadays and have some serious consequences. #enyobenitarven tragedy is such an example. Moral degeneration (or decay) is the biggest threat to South Africa. This is serious moral degeneration. Sad also because our system is a largest contributing factor with these messed up rights.

Sex-Drive Killers Slideshow

Sex-Drive Killer: Stress

1/13

Some people do many things well when they're stressed. Feeling sexy usually isn't one of them. Stress at work, home, or in relationships can happen to anyone. Learning how to handle it in a healthy way really helps. You can do a lot of it yourself, and a counselor or doctor can also help.

Sex-Drive Killer: Partner Problems

Sex-Drive Killer: Partner Problems

2/13

Problems with your partner are among the top sex-drive killers. For women, feeling close is a major part of desire. For both sexes, watch for fallout from fights, poor communication, feeling betrayed, or other trust issues. If it's tricky to get back on track, reach out to a couples counselor.

Sex-Drive Killer: Alcohol

Sex-Drive Killer: Alcohol

3/13

A drink may make you feel more open to sex. But too much alcohol can numb your sex drive. Being drunk can also be a turn-off for your partner. If you have trouble drinking less, seek help.

Sex-Drive Killer: Too Little Sleep

Sex-Drive Killer: Too Little Sleep

4/13

If your sexual get-up-and-go is gone, maybe you're not getting enough sleep. Do you go to bed too late or rise too early? Do you have a sleep problem like trouble falling or staying asleep, or a condition such as sleep apnea? Anything that messes with a good night's rest can mess with sex. Fatigue saps sexy feelings. Work on your sleep habits, and if that doesn't help, talk to your doctor.

Sex-Drive Killer: Having Kids

Sex-Drive Killer: Having Kids

5/13

You don't lose your sex drive once you're a parent. However, you do lose some time to be close with kids under foot. Hire a babysitter to nurture some time to be partners as well as parents. New baby? Try sex during baby's nap time.

Sex-Drive Killer: Medication

Sex-Drive Killer: Medication

6/13

Some drugs can turn down desire. They include some of these types of medications:

  • Antidepressants
  • Blood pressure medications
  • Birth control pills (some studies show a link; others don't)
  • Chemotherapy
  • Anti-HIV drugs
  • Finasteride

Switching drugs or dosages may help -- ask your doctor about that and never stop taking any medicine on your own. Tell your doctor, too, if  your sex drive stalls soon after you start taking a new drug.

Sex Drive Killer: Poor Body Image

Sex Drive Killer: Poor Body Image

7/13

Feeling sexy is easier if you like how you look. Work on accepting your body as it is today, even if you're working to get in shape. Feeling good about yourself can put you in the mood. If your partner has low esteem, assure them that they're sexy.

Sex-Drive Killer: Obesity

Sex-Drive Killer: Obesity

8/13

When you're overweight or obese, desire often dims. It could be that you don't enjoy sex, can't perform like you want to, or are held back by low self-esteem. Working on how you feel about yourself, with a counselor if needed, may make a big difference.

Sex-Drive Killer: Erection Problems

Sex-Drive Killer: Erection Problems

9/13

Men with ED (erectile dysfunction) often worry about how they will be able to perform sexually, and that worry can drain their desire. ED can be treated, and couples can also work to keep it from affecting their relationship.

Sex-Drive Killer: Low T

Sex-Drive Killer: Low T

10/13

The "T" hormone, testosterone, fuels sex drive. As men age, their T levels may drop a bit. Not all lose the desire for sex as this happens, but some do. Many other things -- from relationships to weight -- also affect a man's sex drive and testosterone levels, so there's not a one-size-fits-all answer for every man.

Sex-Drive Killer: Depression

Sex-Drive Killer: Depression

11/13

Being depressed can shut off pleasure in many things, including sex. That's one of many reasons to get help. If your treatment involves medication, tell your doctor if your sex drive is low, since some (but not all) depression drugs lower sex drive. Talk about it with your therapist, too.

Sex-Drive Killer: Menopause

Sex-Drive Killer: Menopause

12/13

For many women, sex drive dims around menopause. That's partly about symptoms such as vaginal dryness and pain during sex. But every woman is different, and it's possible to have a great sex life after menopause by tending to your relationship, self esteem, and overall health.

Sex-Drive Killer: Lack of Closeness

Sex-Drive Killer: Lack of Closeness

13/13

Sex without feeling close can slay desire. Intimacy is more than just sex. If your sex life is idling, try spending more non-sexual time together, just the two of you. Talk, snuggle, trade massages. Find ways to express love without having sex. Getting closer can rebuild your sex drive.

3 Secrets for a Steamier Sex Life

Better sex through diet and exercise? You bet. Eating the right kinds of foods and getting plenty of muscle-strengthening exercise is just the prescription for a healthier sex life. A dash of positive attitude ties it all together: You have to believe you're hot if you want to make things sizzle in the bedroom. Being sexy and self-confident is just a state of mind.

Attitude Is Everything

Believe in yourself. Reward your successful weight loss with an alluring outfit or lingerie that showcases your new figure -- even if you're still far from your goal. If you feel good about your body, that feeling is communicated loud and clear to your sweetheart.

We all would love to have the bodies of supermodels, but let's be realistic: Your main squeeze is loving the new you and your renewed sense of well-being -- a positive byproduct of your diet and exercise routine!

A healthy diet, regular exercise, and a positive attitude are only the beginning. It also helps to get plenty of sleep, quit smoking, and control the stress in your life. Not only will you look better, you'll feel good about yourself -- a real boost in the between-the-sheets department.

The Secret to Sexual Prowess

Both men and women can get great results if they follow the advice from Lynn Fischer's book, The Better Sex Diet. The author suggests that if you eat a heart-healthy diet, the benefits to your heart will improve the blood flow to other organs in the body. And increasing the blood flow to sexual organs will increase desire and function.

The theory is simple. Good health is an integral part of good sex, and eating healthfully and exercising regularly is the pathway to good health.

The book is based on Dean Ornish's research on reversing heart disease with a very low-fat, almost vegetarian, diet. Fischer recommends eating a low-fat diet with lots of fiber, grains, fruits, nuts, vegetables, and lean sources of dairy and protein. No mystery here, just creative packaging that reiterates the message that a healthy diet goes a long way toward a satisfying lifestyle.

Shake It

Getting regular physical activity is an easy way to boost your sexual prowess. "Adults who exercise regularly not only have increased levels of desire, but also enhanced ability to perform sexually and greater sexual satisfaction," says Cedric Bryant, PhD, chief exercise physiologist for the American Council on Exercise.

To strengthen your heart and help build endurance, add a few high-intensity bouts to your fitness routine. For example, increase the incline on the treadmill, or increase the speed, for a few minutes at a time during your workout.

Strength training is also a good idea, to build shapely muscle and to keep your body strong enough to handle all your day-to-day activities (including sex).

One exercise for women is the Kegel -- the same exercise gynecologists recommend to keep the pelvic floor strong during pregnancy. These muscles can increase pleasure sensations during sex. They're the same muscles you use to stop the flow of urine when you're using the bathroom. Just practice tightening them whenever you think about it during the day.

Staying fit works wonders for so many parts of the body. With as little as 30 minutes a day of regular exercise, you will burn calories, build muscle, and feel more confident, more vivacious, and virile for Valentine's Day and every day thereafter!

Recharge and Energize

A good night's sleep goes a long way toward ensuring that you have enough energy for a roll in the hay. It's hard to be in the mood for love when you are exhausted!

It's also important to have the right frame of mind. So leave your troubles behind, forget about work -- unwind and experience the pleasure of your partner. A healthy sex life needs to be a priority. Take a hot bath, a quiet walk, or whatever it takes to help you relax.

If you drink alcohol, do so in moderation. It is no secret that excessive alcohol can dampen your sexual energy. Plan ahead, and limit your consumption to one or two drinks before an evening of romance.

Remember, a lifestyle that's healthy for you overall will be healthy for your sex life -- period. Boost your sexual potency naturally with a healthy diet, lots of physical activity, and an attitude that screams, "I'm worth it!"

Sexual Problems in Women

Sexual dysfunction is a common problem among women. Almost half of all women have persistent problems with sex, such as little or no sex drive, trouble reaching an orgasm, or pain during intercourse. Satisfying sex involves your body, mind, health, beliefs, and your feelings toward your partner, among other factors. Here are some possible causes behind problems in your sex life.

Medical or Physical Conditions

Heart diseasediabetesthyroid disease, nerve conditions such as multiple sclerosis, and even simple fatigue can make sex uncomfortable or painful. They can make it hard for you to get aroused or climax during sex.

Scarring from surgery or radiation treatment in your vaginal opening or in other parts of your genital area also can change your sexual experience. So can infections such as genital herpes.

Other possible causes include hormonal imbalance or physical changes related to:

  • Pregnancy (you may have sex less often or find it uncomfortable, especially during the third trimester)
  • Childbirth (your genitals may be less sensitive, you may have had a difficult delivery)
  • Breastfeeding (low estrogen levels may lead to vaginal dryness, you may lack energy for sex)
  • Menopause (vaginal dryness, lack of libido)

Mental and Emotional Issues

The right mood and a healthy, respectful connection with your partner play an important role in sexual intimacy. But there may be factors that leave you feeling self-conscious, fearful, or uninterested. Reasons may include:

Medications, Drugs, and Alcohol

Drinking can make orgasm longer to achieve or feel less intense. Tobacco smoking and long-term use of heroin and other illegal drugs also can lead to sexual problems.

Some medications can make sex less pleasurable, dampen sex drive, or cause vaginal discomfort. Types of medications include:

Treatments and Other Help

See your doctor right away if you suddenly have pain or unusual syptoms during sex, like a headache, or if you think you’ve been exposed to a sexually transmitted disease.

For other kinds of sexual dysfunction, a range of therapies can help. Your doctor will ask about your symptoms, check your health, order blood screens or other tests, and rule out other possible causes.

Medical treatments may include:

  • Drugs to raise low libido (desire for sex)
  • Kegel exercises to strengthen pelvic muscles to help achieve better orgasm
  • Anti-inflammatory drugs to take before intercourse to lower pain

Other advice to improve your intimate experience may include:

  • More open communication between you and your partner,
  • Making time for sex
  • Improving intimacy with your partner
  • Healthy habits, such as minimizing alcohol, getting exercise and eating a healthy diet
  • Therapy or counseling to help you manage stress or anxiety, or work through feelings of fear or shame in regards to sex
  • Vaginal lubricant for dryness or lessen pain during sex
  • Vibrators and other tools to enhance arousal
  • Techniques on how to reduce distractions and be more present during sex
